Product Manager
We are looking for a dynamic person with the following qualifications to join our Product Management team:
Proven years experience in the automobile insurance industry handling product management responsibilities. Nonstandard auto experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The primary responsibilities for this position include:
Accountability for the top-and bottom-line results for multiple states, including loss ratio, eligibility, availability, competitiveness and legal compliance
Deliver annual growth, profit and rate targets for assigned states; implementation of strategies to support top- and bottom-line result
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Claims and Actuarial to achieve strategic and operating goals
Develop and implement state-specific innovations to meet pricing, product and underwriting goals
Monitor and communicate product, pricing, underwriting philosophies, strategies and financial results
Maintain in depth knowledge of state marketplace and key competitors
